The CRM Manager will lead customer relationship management strategies across B2C and B2B channels to drive consumer engagement loyalty lifetime value.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end consumer journeys using CRM data insights
- Leverage consumer insights personalization to define enhance CRM communication plans ensuring relevance engagement effectiveness maximize customer lifetime value through comprehensive CRM strategies lifecycle programs loyalty initiatives activations personalization for both B2C B2B audiences ensure consistency continuous improvement across all consumer touchpoints within the CRM ecosystem lead planning execution of CRMed campaigns in collaboration with marketing digital sales external partners aligned to an omnichannel consumer experience vision advise the organization on appropriate analytical frameworks CRM measurement models research approaches support business consumer insight needs act as the key point of contact for CRM data quality governance privacy matters with internal stakeholders regional global teams ensure compliance with data protection regulations e.g.GDPR including thirdparty vendor platform compliance drive business performance by enabling tactical operational decisionmaking through CRMindights datadriven recommendations build scale sustainable CRMcapabilities processes best practices within the organization
