Job summary
The CRM Manager will partner with brands and online teams to define and execute the CRM brand consumer journey for selected brand clusters. The role will drive the implementation of an omnichannel CRM strategy across SEA4 markets, delivering regular KPIs and ways to improve them.In this role, you will achieve various goals such as defining the omnichannel CRM roadmap, partnering with brands on campaign strategy and execution, driving consistent KPI usage to measure success,
and analyzing omnichannel performance to drive business strategy.
