    Overview Provide timely support to customers through available communication channels (email and chat) Identify and escalate priority issues through proper channels when necessary Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved Work with other team members in identifying better ways in providing better customer support Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client Adhere to the policies set by the company and client Qualifications Language proficiency in English is mandatory, especially writing Must be native speaker of Thai language Prior experience in BPO would be an added advantage Fast learner and independent Organizational and time management abilities Responsibilities Provide timely support to customers through available communication channels (email and chat)
