Job Description :

Job Purpose .

Responsible to work with other GT partners and other Business partners to ensure requirements, design and solutions are developed as per business needs and ensures improvements are monitored and identified periodically.

Key Responsibilities .

Design and development to ensure business requirements satisfy the Business User's needs and to meet the agreed commitments in each product and/or release phase.
Ensure an overall functional consistency across the various domains.
Delivers and ensure all SR/CR are addressed and release commitments are met.
Manage ITSR requests forwarded by respective stakeholders.
Develop, plan, design, implement and maintain warehouse from a functional perspective
Maintains functional design documents
Responsible in ensuring that business requirement satisfies the business user's needs and meet the agreed commitments in each product and /or release phase
Responsible in validating PIF - User Requirement Specification, Business rules, data mapping and business scenario
Provide HLE on BA effort for the assigned project
Accountable in validating the functional specifications and clarify the same to development teams for creating technical specifications
Acquires and maintains knowledge of relevant products and support methods to provide functionally accurate solution to business users and project team
Responsible to deliver projects/data in a timely manner as per requirements
Provides full support to all downstreams at all times.

Qualifications

(Basic Degree/Diploma etc)

Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements

Relevant Work Experience

At least 3 years of experience in Data Warehouse functional design in ETL-In and ETL-Out, development and maintenance with successful implementation of large Enterprise Data Warehouse and end-to-end development life-cycle support.
Experience in working with a team of Technical and Business Users in gathering and understanding requirements.

Required Competencies and Skills .

Experience and knowledge in retail banking, financial services or credit card industry
Experience in designing complex data transformations using ELT and ETL approach for BI Data Warehouse models
Knowledge in logical and physical data modelling (relational, dimensional data modelling)
Experience in Banking Operations would be an advantage
