    Responsibilities:

    • the source of principal data with a sharp eye for detail.
    • into the data ocean, collecting and analyzing user transaction records.
    • thorough financial fraud reviews, identifying patterns and trends to reduce the risk of fraud.
    • the trusted advisor for customers, guiding them on processes that mitigate and manage fraud risk.
    • maintain professionalism in interactions with customers and teammates.

    • process incoming documentation, ensuring accuracy against customer profile data.

    Requirements:

    • knowledge of banking regulations, with experience in fraud prevention and detection using tools like Fraud Risk Identification Service (FRIS) case management/alert system.
    • knowledge of financial crimes, particularly cyber fraud methods and threats.
    • knowledge of Gaming, Web3, Fintech, and Payment Gateway businesses, along with proficiency in risk management concepts and practices.
    • computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access), with a bonus for competency in SQL query language and working with relational databases.
    • analytical abilities to identify weaknesses in systems and determine root causes.
