    Description

    Job Description:

    1. Pitching & Proposal

    a. Attend meeting with client to understand the project requirements, objectives and budget.

    b. Identify target audience and plan event strategy.

    c. Come out digital and on-ground project idea concept that are in-line with brand and marketing direction.

    d. Create and customise project budgets that suit to client requirements.

    e. Plan and propose event mechanism and production details for the project.

    • Venue
    • Design and theme
    • Vendor
    • Host / emcee
    • Project crew
    • Timeline and schedule

    f. Provide daily follow up and update with client on job status.

    g. Accommodate ad-hoc task when needed.

    2. Project Management

    a. Involve in small and large scale of project from different industry.

    b. Involve in designing and manage digital event (contest, promotion, survey & referral program).

    • Event prizes, ideation, mechanic, terms & condition
    • Event management SOP and workflow
    • Live event management (pre, execution and post event)
    • Event crisis management
    • Daily digital event result monitoring
    • Reply digital event PM according to FAQ

    c. Provide briefing to team and department involved on the project timeline and job scopes.

    d. Execute in production quality check, amendment and submission of the artwork to the client.

    e. Follow-up and manage project timeline to ensure job deliver on-time.

    f. Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans for unforeseen circumstances.

    g. Be present on the day of the event to oversee all aspects of the event.

    h. Resolve any issues or unexpected problems that may arise.

    i. Attend customer enquiry and provide excellent customer experience journey.

    j. Coordinate with Finance Department to update project details.

    3. Team Collaboration

    a. Work closely with Event Floor Manager, Strategist, PR and Production team.

    b. Work closely with other departments (Branding & Creative, E-Commerce, Media, Content, Influencer, CRM and Analytic) to bring the entire event to life.

    4. Reporting

    a. Gather feedback from client and event production team (on-ground).

    b. Prepare digital event reporting (contest outcome, participants details and etc.)

    c. Analyse and determine the both digital and on-ground event performances.

    d. Provide finding and insight reports to clients on the event outcome.

    Qualifications

    1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate / Diploma / Professional Degree in Business Management / Marketing / Public Relations or equivalent.

    2. With minimum 3 – 5 years' experience in agencies / event background.

    Skills and Requirements

    1. Able to come out with innovative and creative ideas.

    2. Always up to date on the market trend (brand and marketing).

    3. Experience in creating small and large scale of events.

    4. Experience and understand the concepts / process flow of creating an event according to different budget category.

    5. Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

    6. Independent with ability to multi-task.

    7. Able to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.

    8. Able to adopt in fast paced environment.

    9. Able to collaborate, work independent, confident with team members.

    10. Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
