    Description

    Position: Security Deposit & Recovery Specialist

    Salary: up to RM Statutory Contribution+ Insured Medical Coverage

    Responsibilities /Accountabilities:

    • Responsible to track annual Security Deposit (SD) utilization & Security Deposit Recovery (SDR) (FCF).
    • Responsible to engage with partners/vendors and external stakeholders on documentation requirements by respective LA/LC.
    • Responsible to communicate/liaison with Government Agencies, authority and treasury for recovery process.
    • Responsible for nationwide fiber rollout CPC & CCC tracking and reporting including Finance engagement, LA/LC and JKR engagement,
    • Responsible for timely Security Deposit raising for payment to LALC and provide necessary support for permitting and fiber rollout team.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Engineering /Telecoms /Computer Science.
    • At least 3-8 years' experience in IT/Telecommunication industry.
    • Good knowledge of Project Management and Leadership.
    • Experience in managing Network Programs especially on Permitting Transport Fiber.
    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
    • Excellent organizational skills with experience at Internal and external parties.
    • Capability to coaching and influence.
    • An understanding of confidentiality issues, honesty, reliability and the use of discretion
