Duties & ResponsibilitiesAnalyzing data to inform business development and campaignsDriving CRM initiatives and overseeing the execution of campaignsActing as a liaison between the IT and CRM team to identify consumer segments to be targeted for campaignsPartnering with different stakeholders to keep them informed about upcoming data management initiativesMaintaining and improving data management processes and accuracyWorking with vendor to manage CRM systems and data warehousing
Job RequirementsDiploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.3 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in SQL data extraction, overseeing and driving campaigns and projects.
Should be analytical, data-driven, and well-versed with Excel.
Detail-oriented and thrive in dynamic and fast-paced working environments.
Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
A strong team player and comfortable working in matrix environments.
