    Part time Accounting / Finance
    Description

    Responsibilities:


    • Support the End User Services team to drive the implementation of the Bank's digital transformation strategy, enabling workplace mobility and empowering our workforce with modern productivity and collaboration tools, whilst delivering great customer experiences
    • Support the delivery of the platform strategies for some of the Bank's most important enterprise-wide tools, including its primary collaboration and communications platforms, ensuring objectives are met which deliver value for the Bank
    • Provide feedback to the Product Owner of the Bridge Decommission project and Service Design Lead on how the transition is evolving, providing input on how the communications and training can be adapted to increase their effectiveness
    • Keep abreast of developments in the Bank's technology strategy, best practice implementations of platforms and the collaboration and communications industry general
    Requirements:


    • Excellent knowledge and experience of working with and implementing collaboration and communications platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Planner, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, etc
    • Able to build effective working relationships across all levels of a global organisation and work collaboratively with a geographically distributed workforce
    • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills
    • Highly organised, a good listener and an effective problem solver
    • Strong project management experience
