    Description

    Job Description:

    • Timesheet Management: Process and evaluate timesheets for drivers and sorters to ensure accurate payroll processing.
    • Backlog Reminders: Send reminders for delivery/pickup backlogs to all agencies, ensuring that all items are processed in a timely manner.
    • Progress Monitoring: Use tracking systems to monitor the progress of deliveries and pickups, updating all agencies on the status to facilitate efficient operations.
    • Sorter Headcount Management: Keep accurate records of sorter headcounts for each hub, assisting in workforce planning and allocation.
    • Financial Recoveries: Ensuring outstanding payments from agencies are recovered and executed efficiently.
    • Customer Service Escalation: Escalate any customer service cases to the relevant agencies, facilitating quick and effective resolutions.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in fleet administration, logistics, or a similar role.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in using tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • A problem-solver mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Able to work in the East and warehouse environment
