- Carry out commercial initiatives aimed at strengthening the University's positioning at both at the local and international level
- Be responsible for the achievement of sales and marketing mission, goals and financial objectives. Ensure that evaluation systems are in place related to these goals and objectives and report progress to the management on a regular basis
- Develop annual sales and marketing plan and targets. Monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance. Provides accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts
- Manage the overall annual new student enrolment targets and budgets for the sales and marketing function and perform periodic business reviews
- Meet and exceed new student enrolment targets on a cyclical basis by providing direction, communication, group process facilitation, coordination and support to the sales and marketing function
- At least five years of work experience in a similar capacity
- Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing/business administration or equivalent
- Highly responsive, value and results-driven
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Willing to travel and possesses a valid driving license

About the Head of Sales & Marketing (Education) Role:
You will oversee both the local and international sales and marketing teams and must be able to strategically manage different channels in both markets. You will lead and drive the recruiting and development process of team members and develop team and individual accountability to ensure high quality new student enrolment, operational and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
