- Managing the Sdn Bhd company accounts and liaising with local or foreign clients;
- Reconciling bank and vendor accounts, posting to and balancing the general ledger, processing payments, and compiling segments of monthly closings;
- Resolving accounting queries and addressing issues that arise from client portfolios;
- Verifying the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of accounting information received;
- Preparing timely reports on Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), Bank Reconciliation, and other necessary reports;
- Assisting clients in setting up their business flow and handling payroll when required;
- Ensuring clients' compliance with all statutory obligations;
- Prepare documents and assist with the audit and company income tax department calculations;
- Performing other ad hoc tasks as needed.
- At least a Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Auditing or equivalent OR a professional qualification under MICPA, ACCA, CPA Australia, or equivalent;
- Candidates with working experience in accounting are encouraged to apply, even if they do not meet the formal qualification requirements;
- Strong team player with meticulous attention to detail and resourcefulness;
- Ability to multitask and work independently, demonstrating out-of-the-box thinking and self-motivation;
