    Description

    JOB PURPOSE

    Responsible for managing the knowledge and competencies within an organization to enhance employee performance, productivity, and overall business effectiveness. This involves developing and implementing strategies to identify, capture, organize, and disseminate knowledge across all levels in the Prasarana Group.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive knowledge management strategy aligned with organization's goals and objectives.
    • Develop processes and systems to capture tacit knowledge from subject matter experts and document it in easily accessible formats such as databases, knowledge platforms, or systems.
    • Implement effective methods to share and facilitate knowledge exchange among employees, such as training programmes, workshops, or collaboration.
    • Lead and manage a team responsible for knowledge and competency initiatives.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and design learning solutions to address competency gaps.
    • Manage and facilitate the implementation of Functional Competency initiatives and activities through engagements and collaborations with respective parties and stakeholders to ensure alignments with the current and future operational and business requirements to identify skill gaps and areas of improvement for employees.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve knowledge and competency management processes, leveraging technology advancements and industry best practices.
    • Any other relevant task and assignment which will be communicated from time to time.

    QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES & KNOWLEDGE

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field such as human resource, knowledge management and organizational development.
    • 6 years of experience.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Competent in Project Management and Change Management.
    • Proficient Microsoft Office, Project Management, Technical Writing, Business Intelligence & Engineering.
