- Collaborate with senior leaders to understand workforce needs globally and proactively plan for future talent requirements.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for both local and international positions, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with international stakeholders to streamline and standardize the recruitment process across different locations.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and ongoing development.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that values diversity and inclusion.
- Develop and execute global employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice in various markets.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to ensure a consistent global employer brand message.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key positions globally, ensuring a proactive approach to international recruitment.
- Utilize overseas networking, industry events, and other channels to engage with potential candidates and partners.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies globally and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare regular reports on key recruitment metrics for leadership review, with a focus on global hiring trends.
- Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- In-depth knowledge of candidates' selection methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
- A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- A positive, 'can do' attitude
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or any relevant or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar
