Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with engineering team, and site management to ensure project progress as per target, schedule and budge, and ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines
Liaise with local authorities and coordinate with other consultant team
Assist in overall project implementation from initial start to final hand over.
Attend all projects meeting as and when required and to coordinate with clients, consultancy, contractors and etc.
Effectively manage each phase of the project from design to completion.
Ensure efficient resources and enhance cost effectiveness.
Support procurement and construction phases and project with engineering knowledge and experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
5 years experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager
Strong experience in 3D and Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
