    Key Responsibilities

    • Supporting stakeholders on procurement and outsourced activities
    • To work with stakeholders to ensure timely completion and approval of Third Party Risk Assessment (as part of the procurement process)
    • Manage Digital Bank's procurement and outsourced services repository.
    • Period review with stakeholders on the Master Service Agreement and respective Work Order to ensure that it is updated according to the outsourced services
    • Review KPI reports issued by service providers (where relevant) and obtain confirmation from stakeholders on services provided
    • Timely review and updates on the Third Party Risk Management and Outsourcing Risk Management policies and SOP.
    • Timely renewal of maintenance contracts. To work with stakeholders on contract negotiation
    • Having experience in implementing an eGL system is an added advantage
    • Provision of advisory in relation to procurement process, outsourcing and risk assessment
    • Assist with ad hoc-assignments as required

    The Must Haves

    • You have the interest and desire required to work at GxBank
    • At least 5-7 years working experience in banking industry with exposure in the areas of procurement, outsourcing and transfer pricing
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written;
    • A data-driven individual with a strong bias for action, strong analytical capabilities and a holistic understanding of business.
    • Willing to take on new challenges and be adaptive to a fast-growing and dynamic start-up environment
    • Detail-oriented with ability to work under pressure and around tight schedules
    • Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in a startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment.
