    Description

    Responsibilities of the role:

    End-to-End Development & Go-to-Market Strategy

    • Oversee entire product development process from ideation to commercialization.
    • Work with multiple stakeholders to drive product launch ie. Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Strategy, Tech, D&B, Brand etc.
    • Collaborate closely with Innovation team to craft integrated go-to-market strategies for product launches.

    Pricing & Cost Management

    • Ensure balance between cost and quality of product is optimal.
      Responsible for entire product portfolio & category pricing strategy is effective and optimized.
    • Assist in creating and managing budgets for innovation or special projects.

    Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication

    • Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration of new products into existing systems.
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to convey project updates, challenges, and successes.


    Consumer Insights

    • Conduct surveys, focus groups to gather consumer feedback.
    • Analyze consumer feedback and make data-driven adjustments to refine and optimize products.

    Requirements of the role:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Food Science, or related field required 5+ years of experience in product management, project management, or related roles within the Food and Beverage industry, with a focus on product launches.
    • Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from concept to execution.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
