- Approximately 20 hours a week, potential to extend hours
- Help newly upgraded customer with their new product (training provided)
- Working with Zendesk and internal reporting tools (training provided)
- Comfortable making cold calls, leaving voicemails, and documenting conversations
- Ability to think on your feet
- Familiarity with Google suite/website design preferred, but not required
- Ability to work approximately 5 hours a day Monday-Friday in a United States time zone
- Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
- Device Requirement: Reliable laptop or desktop computer and internet connection
- Hourly Rate: $5 USD
