Business Objectives

Provide oversight and early detection of late-running activities within KUL airport infrastructure that may lead to delays.

Provide coordination of critical 'save me' flights and assign assets and resources efficiently.

Provide an alignment/coordination between the operations department for PTC events

Provide delay trend analysis from a front line level observation.

Provide PTC monitoring/tracking/recording and advance planning

Provide follow-up reporting and suggestions for positive change measures

Primary Accountabilities

Supervise turnaround of target flights and document inefficiency

Assist in the communication of PTC gaps to help drive efficient assignments of assets & staff

Accurate delay reporting

Acts as moderator for delay disputes

Identifies delay trends and provides measures for positive change

Identifies flight rotations that consistently cannot meet OTP and offer feedback to the Scheduling Dept

Creates and builds on stakeholder relationships both below & above wing, with the NMC community

Governs fueling PTC and oversees service performance

Monitors guest flows within the terminal infra and identifies throughput limitations

Identifies process gaps, and provides measures for solutions

Perform Root Cause Analysis on frequently delayed flights
