    Responsibilities

    • Build and nurture relationships with prospective partners to drive business growth.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
    • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
    • Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for potential business opportunities.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to potential clients.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable deals and partnerships.
    • Liaise closely with relevant departments to address queries, problems, or issues effectively.
    • Analyze market trends and competitors to establish competitive advantages.
    • Track sales metrics and performance indicators to measure progress towards targets.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations to update management on sales activities and achievements.
    • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities to drive business growth.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
    • Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably within the software or technology industry.
    • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Experience in B2B sales and acquiring enterprise-level clients is highly desirable.
    • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions and close deals effectively.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships.
    • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
    • Willingness to relocate to Johor Bahru and occasionally travel to Singapore.

    Salary Range: RM plus commission
