Responsibilities

  • Assist primarily the Director/Manager with organizational, financial and personal administration on a daily basis.
  • Manage Director/Manager's expense claims.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for Director/Manager.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes/minutes at meetings.
  • Organize documents for signatures of Director/Manager and members of executive staff.
  • Keep accurate records and files at all times and as appropriate.
  • To provide accurate reports and timely reports to the superior.
  • Respect the need for confidentiality and sensitivity of information.

Qualifications

  • Preferred at least 3 years working experience in administrative and personal assistant roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential,
  • Has initiative and is able to work independently in a variety of situations,
  • Possess timemanagement and organization skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin will be added advantage

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
