    Description

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Market Research Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for uncovering insights, conducting market analysis, and providing strategic recommendations to drive marketing & sales initiatives and business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the automotive and heavy equipment industries.
    • Utilize various research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis, to gather relevant market intelligence.
    • Analyze data to extract actionable insights and translate findings into strategic recommendations for marketing campaigns, product development, and business strategies.
    • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
    • Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in market research to continuously enhance the company's competitive advantage.
    • Identify and quantify the Serviceable Addressable Market (SAM) within targeted regions and industries, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
    • Assess the competitive landscape and analyze key competitors' strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning to determine our company's right to win.
    • Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and other cross-functional teams to develop strategies for market penetration and growth within the automotive and equipment sectors.
    • Prepare and present insightful reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Masterâs degree in marketing, market research, statistics, business administration or related field is strongly preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
    • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities in market data.
    • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • 2+ years of experience in marketing research, market analysis, or related roles, preferably in the B2B sector.
