    Position: L1 Service Desk (English Speaking)
    Work Location: Cyberjaya
    Notice Period: 1 month
    Onboarding Date: 8th January 2024
    Employment: 12 months contract renewable
    Experience: Fresher to 2 Years
    Salary: RM 2,700 - RM 3600

    Qualifications

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience in IT or help desk support is preferred
    • Experience in using helpdesk and ticketing systems is an added advantage.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
