    Qualifications

  • Good computer skills
  • Good multi-tasking skills
  • Able to work under pressure and learn in a fast pacing environment – as need to process approximately 140 emails + documents
  • Good logical skills
  • Fresh grad or SPM with 1 year customer service experience
  • Prior experience preferred with firms like CHR, CEVA logistics, Maersk, Costco shipping, Sinotrans, Linde Beijing etc
  • Knowledge in freight forwarding knowledge (Regulatory filing like AMS, ISF) is good to have but not required
  • Responsibilities

  • Responsible to accurately, efficiently, and timely upload the file in the operational systems and according to relevant procedures, checklists, and service level agreements.
  • Work with designated trainer/QA to learn exactly the process and requirement of file upload
  • Ask Supervisor or designated trainer/QA for clarification any time you are unsure how to create the file
  • Ensure to follow the processes according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and/or prescribed checklists
  • Meet or exceed expectations set with your Team Leader for daily transactions
  • Manage the back & forth communication on process & escalate to your Team Leader anytime you are unable to complete your work within agreed timeframes or are asked to deviate from standard operating procedures (SOPs) and/or prescribed checkl
