    Job Responsibility

    Join our collaborative team to drive brand visibility across social media platforms. Specifically, your role will involve:
    • Crafting compelling long- and short-form social media content to attract and engage both new and existing users.
    • Utilizing data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of our social media efforts, refining messaging strategies accordingly.
    • Collaborating with various teams to devise strategies, liaise with designers, create content, manage social communities, and analyze data.
    • Cultivating brand advocacy by delivering engaging, responsive, ethical, unexpected, and captivating interactions on social media platforms.
    • Strategizing and executing advertising campaigns to support sales objectives, while advising managers and clients on effective strategies to target markets and promote goods and services.
    • Researching market trends, identifying opportunities for new products and services, and supporting business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
    • Conducting market research to uncover potential demand and market characteristics, and providing recommendations on product mix, advertising, sales promotion, and distribution channels.
    • Your expertise will be instrumental in driving brand growth and achieving marketing objectives across various channels.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
    • Fluent in English, Mandarin, optionally Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
    • Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
    • Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
    • Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.
