Description

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and participate in the user requirement study; gather, analyze, document and manage the requirements to recommend solutions.
Work closely with end-user group and the technical developers to ensure delivery of fully acceptable and quality system.
Prepare documents as part of project's deliverables, e.g. User Guides documents.
Prepare test plan, test scope and test scripts as well as to document all the events occurred during test execution including test result, issues encountered and its resolution.
Ensure the deliverables meet functional requirements with zero defect and ready for User Acceptance Test (UAT).
Conduct and support the User Acceptance Test.
Facilitate and coordinate the entire cycle of a project to ensure it meets the project timeline.
Define and manage resource plan together with the Project Manager aligning to the project schedule.
Able to conduct workshops, presentations and functional training to stakeholders of various levels.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Insurance/IT.
Business knowledge of insurance business.
Technical knowledge of insurance systems.
Ability to facilitate discussions between users (functional) and technical teams.
Negotiation and conflict resolution.
High level of communication skills.
Ability to analyse complex issues and propose appropriate solutions.
