    Description

    This position objective is to lead on all Land Rig activities, deliver technical drilling training workshop and providing a maintenance works plans and reporting. The candidate responsible in executing duties that required as per training and operations plan.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinating and controlling on rigging up and rigging down, pulling and laying down rods, tubing, casing and other function in Land Rigs.
    • Require to work the derrick or operate the Land Rig if needed.
    • Check and maintaining the land rig equipment, repairing job and planned maintenance works.
    • Operates land rig equipment such as draw works and others during the drilling training workshop activities.
    • Ensure all routines reports and paperwork being prepare and submitted to HQ.
    • Ensure all equipment that require inspection by third party e.g., tuggerline is being checked and servicing as per schedule.
    • Ensure safety of training participants and visitor use pf protective gears.
    • Responsible for safe working conditions on the drill floor at all times.
    • Promptly report all accidents, near-miss accidents and non-conformance through the proper channels.
    • Intervene promptly and opportunely in emergencies, at the same time notifying the superior in charge.
    • Ensure that good housekeeping is maintained on the drill floor.
    • Perform any other tasks assigned related to the job from time to time.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of years relevant experience in the land/ offshore drilling rigs. Of these years, minimum 5 years must be as driller on land/ offshore drilling rigs.

    Competencies & Skill

    • Computer literate and capable to speak English.
    • Proven knowledge of working in drilling operations.
    • Others drilling related certificates.
    • Supervisory skills and ability to work in team.
