Responsibilities

• Reports directly to Business & Commercial Planning Head to develop & execute Home & Fibre strategy, business roadmap and commercial proposals to drive business growth.
• Develop, facilitate & coordinate business strategies for Home & Fibre.
• Develop, drill down and cascade yearly Business Plan and Quarterly Forecast for Home & Fiber revenue, cost and Capex.
• Drive and monitor quarterly/ monthly business roadmaps and initiatives within Home & Fibre and cross-functionally.
• Work closely with Product, Customer Life-Value Mgmt, Analytics Sales, DistriCo, B2B to identify location, fibre build/ segment-based opportunities and drive end-to-end initiatives to achieve targets and ambitions.
• Develop proposals, business cases and commercial models for negotiations with partners/ providers and IT/ NW related projects across Home & Fiber functions (including integration/ synergy/ remedy).
• Reporting & update to management and Board on Home & Fiber performance.

Requirements

• Analytical with strong commercial, financial and strategic acumen – Deep understanding of commercial drivers, financial impact of key business decision and industry issues.
• Strategy development – Knowledge of business concepts, understanding of industry to formulate, facilitate & implement business strategies.
• Project management –Understand, able to collate user & business requirements and drive execution of projects.
• Financial modelling – Able to identify new opportunities using analytics, build business case to support business proposals weighing risks & rewards.
• Stakeholder management and communication with impact – Able to collaborate, deliver difficult messages & influence decisions.
• Degree holder with more than 7 years experience in Business Planning, Performance Management, Investment Controlling, Strategy or Project Management.
