    Description

    About the Role: We are expanding our presence across the region and are looking for someone to join us on this exciting path of growth. You will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting and finance operations including handling daily accounting data, monthly reconciliations, reports, and payments for our entities in the region. You will work closely with various stakeholders and entities in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, compliance, and consolidation of our financial records.. It requires someone who is proactive, comfortable with an unstructured environment, and excited to contribute to improving our process and procedures.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Preparation of a full set of accounts and handling AR / AP processes
    • Provide accounting schedules and prepare statements of accounts at periodic intervals
    • Monitor transactional receipts and handle payment processes
    • Reconcile discrepancies arising between the system and finance records, proactively seek for solutions to identify and minimize the differences
    • Perform other related ad-hoc duties as assigned

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
    • At least 2 years of experience
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and detail-oriented
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High proficiency in English is a MUST
    • Proficiency in spreadsheets - MS Excel, Google Sheets. Experience with using Xero Accounting software is an advantage
