The Role

You Will Be Responsible For

• Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
• Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
• Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
• Escalating customer feedback as required.
  
  

Ideal Profile

• Malaysian that can speak in Cantonese and English, as staff will support Hong Kong market.
• English is required for due to business demand, there will be english interview
• Must be able to type in traditional Mandarin to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region.
• This is an office hour post but potentially shifting in the future
• At least SPM, no working experience required but recommended
