- Project Lead for proliferation and NPI related to supply chain management and focus on Supply Chain E2E process mapping and improvement.
- Manage E2E plans, schedules, and executes movement of materials through the entire production cycle to meet customer delivery needs for better visibility of proliferation.
- Ensure demand and available capacity at suppliers is in balance to realize forecast revenue to Meet proliferation timeline.
- Overseeing the team especially with the various material constraint and MRP logic validation needed for Proliferation or during NPI phase.
- Primary interface between engineering, sales, business unit, logistics, finance, customer service teams as well as suppliers on customer delivery requirements.
- Lead the SI&OP process and drive improved forecast accuracy in the production planning process to meet NPI/ proliferation timeline.
- Forecast and manage inventory, excess and obsolescence and other critical operational metrics to drive a low-cost and efficient supply chain while maximizing revenue fit to proliferation .
- Drive plans for New Product introduction by interfacing effectively with Business Units, Product Engineering, Logistics, Suppliers and other teams.
- Acknowledge customer orders and provide shipment plans to support on time delivery with consider proliferation Gantt Chart. To enable support, position strategic buffer plans and expedite of material.
- Interface with customers on critical delivery issues. Deliver quarterly capacity reviews to strategic customers.
- Master/Degree in Materials Management, Industrial Engineer with Supply Chain focus.
- 5 to 10 years working experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 5 years focus on supply chain Planning, material planning, factory planning, subcontractor planning or procurement.
- 2 years in a leadership role, including supervisory management.
- Green Belt certification has a pre.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Can build strong working relationships;
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment;
- Strategic planning, process improvement and methodology on a global scale
- Knowledge of supply chain planning or purchasing tools
- Ability to work across geographies and cultures with multifunctional and multinational teams
- Able to apply financial analysis to evaluate business opportunities and make strategic choices.
- Detail oriented and able to multi-task in a high energy and fast paced-environment with critical and tight schedules.
- Experience in SAP: Working knowledge of forecasting methodologies Oracle, SAP, or other planning/ERP systems.
- Demonstrate understanding of how own performance contribute to the overall organization's financial results (revenue, cash flow, share holder value).
