    • Provide exceptional customer service
    • Exceed sales goals by demonstrating product knowledge and services offered
    • Build and maintain customer relationships by providing personalized recommendations to customers
    • Help ensure customer satisfaction by managing customer feedback, queries, and complaints
    • Maintain a clean store environment, including merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
    • Monitor competition and follow industry developments
    • Assist in processing orders from 3rd Party e-commerce platforms
    • Assist in executing in-store and online promotions
    • Carry out any additional operation duties where relevant

    Job Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
    • Commitment to a 6-days work week (with extra pay)
    • Proven sales experience in a retail environment
    • Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when needed
    • Familiarity with Shopify POS system or e-commerce platforms is a plus
