    Qualifications Language proficiency in English is mandatory, especially writing Must be native speaker of Japanese language Prior experience in BPO would be an added advantage Fast learner and independent Organizational and time management abilities Responsibilities Review business and product information, short videos, and livestreams to ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform.

    Conduct basic data analysis and deliver defined process report.

    Identify opportunities to drive improvements on risk mitigation, process streamlining, quality enhancement, and policy localization as well as optimization at scale.

    Collaborate with other functions of the business unit to complete the designated work to meet the team's goal
