Job Summary:Â We Are Seeking A Skilled IT Automation Service Delivery Technician To Support Manufacturing Operations In The Semiconductor Packaging Industry. The Ideal Candidate Will Be Responsible For Maintaining And Improving Our IT Automation Systems, Ensuring Maximum Uptime, And Providing Technical Support To Our Production Teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshooting:Â Quickly Diagnose And Resolve Technical Issues Within The IT Automation Systems.
2. System Log Analysis:Â Monitor And Analyze System Logs To Preemptively Address Potential Issues And Optimize System Performance.
3. System Maintenance:Â Perform Routine Checks And Maintenance On Automation Software And Hardware To Prevent Disruptions.
4. Process Improvement:Â Continuously Seek Ways To Improve IT Automation Processes For Increased Efficiency And Reliability.
5. Compliance And Adherence:Â Strictly Follow Detailed Instructions And Protocols, Maintaining High Standards Of Accuracy And Consistency.
6. Technical Support And Training:Â Provide Hands-On Support, Guidance, And Training To Production Staff Regarding The Use Of IT Automation Tools.
7. Documentation:Â Maintain Clear And Comprehensive Documentation Of System Configurations, Modifications, And Procedures.
8. Collaboration:Â Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams To Align IT Automation Services With Broader Organizational Goals.

Requirement

Educational Background:

• A Diploma In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field Is Required.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge Of IT Networking And Windows/Linux Operating System.
• Skilled In Monitoring And Analyzing System Logs To Identify Potential Issues.
• Familiarity With SQL In Oracle/MariaDB/MSSQL Databases.
• Exposure Or Experience In Manufacturing (Semiconductor Industry) Automation Protocol â SECS/GEM (SEMI E5, E82, E87) Would Be An Added Value.
