    Join our dynamic team as Senior Digiral marketing Executive

    We're seeking an experienced professional with a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a creative flair. If you have a proven track record in running successful Google Ad, YouTube Ad, and Facebook Ad campaigns, we want to hear from you

    Responsibilities

    Paid Ad Strategy:
    • Strategize and optimize Facebook Ad and Google Ads campaigns to meet business goals
    • Develop and optimize keyword strategy for our products
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    • Monitor competitor activity across digital platforms
    • Configure event tracking via pixels or Google Analytics custom events to track campaign results

    Data Analysis And Optimization

    • Monitor campaign performance using digital marketing tools (Facebook

    Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)
    • Conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, and conversion rate

    optimization for running campaigns
    • Proactively report project progress, findings, and recommendations to drive

    company growth
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against

    goals (ROI and KPIs)

    Research

    • Perform continuous qualitative and quantitative analysis for data, trends, and

    competitors
    • Keep up to date with the latest knowledge, skills, and platforms in the industry

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Media Studies, Computer Science,

    Business Studies, or equivalent
    • Minimum 3 years of working experience in digital ads campaign management
    • Google and Facebook Certification is necessary
    • Proficient in Facebook Ads/Business Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads,

    SEO, SEM
    • Proficient in HTML/CSS will be an added advantage
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to take ownership of assigned projects/campaigns
    • Possesses a creative mindset and passion for digital marketing
    • Proficiency in using Google Analytics, AppsFlyer
    • Candidate who has less experience will be consider a role for Paid Advertising Executive RM 4,500 - 6,500)
