Working with Sterlite Tech (STL) as SeniorSolution Architect – support on OSS& BSS productsuite. Responsible for Managed Service Operations project with Yes 4G/5G (YTL Communications Malaysia), where I am managing the problems and responsible to bring in continual improvements in the BSS/OSS operations.

Role: Senior Solution Architect

 

  1. Experience Summary:
  • Rich experience & implementation, integration, and deployment expertise in Online Converged Billing, Rating/Charging system(Billing & RevenueManagement, Product Catalogue, Online Charging System, PCRF and DRA) and Offline Wholesale Billing,Rating/Charging system (Mediation, Interconnect, and All Roamer).
  • Lead BSS/OSSend to end solutionimplementation for Yes 4G (YTL Communications) in Malaysia, which launch 4G and 5G LTE services with VoLTE, with their existing WiMAX network.
  •   Challenge existing application setup, processing and find different ways to solve problem or improve stability with Investigation on Priority1/Priority2 issues.
  • Expertise in Product Configuration, Installation, Deployment and Third-party integration in BSS/OSS, helping Yes 4G project with latest release upgrade.

 

  1. Consulting and Implementation:
  • Work with Solution & business consultants to capture requirements as standard Business Requirements Document (BRD).
  • Interact with Engineering and Product Management departments effectively, providing input for ongoing product enhancements.
  • Document Functional Design Document (FDD), High Level Design (HLD). Review of Integration Testing and UAT sign-off to ensure quality and timely delivery of solutions/releases.
  • Ensure product teams are up to date with customer requirements and deliver necessary functional and non-functional improvements as per the changing market and customer needs.

 

  1. Managed Service Operations:
  • Incident & Problem Management – for Managed Service Operations in Yes 4G.
  • Provide support to Project Management and Business Solutions.
  • Change Management - bringing in Continual Service Improvements to optimize solutions and cost.
