    AT&S is a world leading high-tech PCB & IC Substrates Company. With roughly 15,000 employees worldwide, production plants in Austria, China, India, Korea and Sales Support Offices around the globe, AT&S is building its first production site in Southeast Asia: Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, Malaysia. Once the commercial operation commences by the end of 2024, the Kulim production site will focus on ABF substrate solutions for the semicon industry. For our Finance Team in AT&S Malaysia, we are currently looking for a candidate to fill the position:

    Finance Advisor - Fixed Asset

    Your Responsibilities

    • Accounting in accordance with legal regulations and company policy
    • Continuous system monitoring (if the respective data in the used software are consistent)
    • Prepare fixed assets related payment requisition in the system, and monitoring proper authorization for all payments
    • Handling fixed assets booking like settling CIP to fixed assets and running depreciation in time according to internal workflow; Handling annual fixed assets inspection; Handling depreciation runs
    • Handling on Fixed Assets registration and labelling
    • Monthly reporting and ad hoc tasks assigned by manager/supervisor

    Your Profile

    • BA Finance, Accounting or Relevant
    • 3-5 years of experience in/as financial accounting(MNC manufacturing background desirable)
    • High proficiency in MS excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, macros, tables and graph production) and MS PowerPoint
    • Familiar with SAP ERP, BPC
    • Strong project management skills
    • Strong analytical and communication skills
    • Fluent in English, both written and speaking. Mandarin as a plus.
    • Ability to influence and work in a support role
    • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
    • Ability to work independently and under high pressure
