    Description

    Come join the First Finnish-Asian Hybrid Preschool as our Academic Champions

    Pre-school Teacher Responsibilities:

    • Teach and tutor Kindergarten students.
    • Coming out with interesting and fun lesson plans and activities for the assigned subject(s).
    • Attend relevant training sessions organized by the school or external parties.
    • Support school activities and events.
    • Communicate and update parents via school applications.
    • Ensure student safety during activities.
    • Prevent students from engaging in potentially harmful activities.

    Full Day Programme Supervisor Responsibilities:

    • Build rapport with students and ensure their well-being.
    • Monitor student safety during activities and recess.
    • Ensure students respect school property.
    • Accompany students with severe medical injuries to the hospital.
    • Handle student misconduct and behavioral issues.
    • Manage student traffic after school.
    • Assist in emergencies and inform parents of student issues.
    • Provide updates on student well-being.
    • Attend to parent requests and liaise with relevant parties.
    • Prepare milk, oversee nap time, and assist with student hygiene.
    • Plan and run activities.
    • Contact parents regarding program matters and late pick-ups.
    • Model leadership behaviors and stay updated with role requirements.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education or any relevant discipline.
    • Proficiency in either English / Mandarin language is preferred.
    • Love children and ability to present and hold a class of childrenâs attention.
    • Proactive and strong work ethic.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
