- Follow up/ meeting clientand produce concept design included Space Planning, Design Conceptualization, Materials and Colour Scheme Specifications based on customer's needs.
- Presenting ideas and concepts to clients according to requirements and budget.
- Produce creative ideas and concepts and developing interactive design.
- Manage site progress and arrangement.
- Manage project costing and work closely with colleagues from relevant departments
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Excellent time management skill and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong sense of responsibilities, highly energized, independent, pleasant personality and a good attitude.
- Bilingual in Mandarin & English to communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparts. Candidates who are fluent in mandarin is preferred as the role requires dealing with mandarin speaking clients.
- At least 3 Year of relevant working experience in interior design industry.
