    Description

    This is role is for BONIA's non-fashion businesses.

    • Work on a wide range of projects consisting of premiums gift merchandise such as mugs, cups, tumbler, bottle and various others products from concept, ideation, design to final deliverable.
    • Project portfolio mainly consist of merchandise design and advertisement designs.
    • Understand stakeholder's briefs and translate all design requirements into creative and high-quality design.
    • Research, conceptualize and develop innovative design that meets organization standards and brand expectations.
    • Work independently as well as cooperatively with different teams or colleagues to meet projects requirements and deadlines.
    • Suggest improvements to design to suppliers, mostly suppliers from China.
    • Perform research on product technologies to implement into design concepts.
    • Maintain up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
    • Modify and revise existing designs to meet customers' expectations.
    • Direct dealing with suppliers on follow-up on sample if any until final production.

    Requirements

    • Relevant design software knowledge, i.e. Illustrator & Photoshop.
    • Work experience as a product designer for various merchandise is preferred.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Chinese speaking ability to communicate with China counterpart and regular communication with Chairman.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to work with top management.
    • Good understanding of color science and combinations.
    • Creative with innovative flair and excellent attention to detail.
    • Meticulous and diligent.
    • Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends.
