    Job Description

    Revolutionize the company's supply chain capabilities. You will drive the implementation of cutting-edge strategies to optimize operations and lead the charge in fostering collaboration across regions and functions. With a focus on building a robust talent pipeline and fostering a culture of learning and development, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of the organization's supply chain.

    • Lead and facilitate the implementation of CAPEX and OE strategies, plans, and practices to drive country-wide achievement, while providing ongoing leadership and promoting knowledge management processes.
    • Drive a culture of change by establishing a robust total supply chain OE framework that fosters continuous improvement, steers innovation and digitalization.
    • Evaluate the value chain and manage improvement projects through clear goals, resource allocation, scheduling, monitoring, and evaluation.
    • Build the capability development strategy to ensure a strong pipeline of supply chain exerts through collaborations with talent acquisition and talent development teams.
    • Manage the annual business budget and CAPEX spend for supply chain, tracking productivity to ensure optimum usage and allocation of resources.

      The Successful Applicant
      • Experience in a senior leadership capacity (i.e. VP/Director-level and equivalents) in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
      • Track record within various supply chain functions such as demand/production planning, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing management and commercialization.
      • Knowledgeable in Lean Thinking or Six Sigma tools, with successful track record in operational excellence projects in FMCG.
      • Past experience in managing CAPEX / Kaizen / Continuous Improvement projects.
      • Effective influencing abilities to drive initiatives across departments and hierarchies.
