• Handle used car dealers and walk in customers by handling customer inquiries and
resolving any customer complaints.
• Handle daily inquiries thru emails and inbound calls.

department performance.
• Monitor and instruct the team to follow up with dealers/customers on payment on
a weekly basis.
• Handle transfer of ownership of dealers/customers.

• In-charge for listing vehicle on website and be certain that all details provided
match before proceeding to approve those fresh units.
• Correcting any problems that the operation team members bring to my attention.
• Making the day-to-day operations function effectively by resolving difficulties that
emerge with the team.
