    Job Description:

    Operation of Die Cut Machine:

    To be proficient in setting up and monitoring jobs on the label die cutting machine. You are also required pick up new skills to apply other enhancements such as cold lamination and hot stamping. On the job training will be provided to familiarize yourself with the die cut machine, but the operator must have some experience and knowledge in running this machine.

    Boleh buat setup untuk job baru, dan jaga / monitor mesin output semasa mesin berjalan. Anda juga mesti belajar skill baru untuk buat process / enhancement lain denagn pengunaan mesin die cut e.g cold lamination dan hot stamping. Anda akan dapat On-The-Job training untuk belajar bagaimana untuk mengguna mesin die cut model kita, tapi operator harus ada pengalaman untuk pengnedalian mesin die cut.

    Minimize Production Wastage & Defects:

    To ensure minimal wastage is produced for each job run. You are required to also monitor the output of the machine, and ensure all parameters are within quality requirements. Any defects must be corrected within the machine to minimize wastage and ensure no defect escapes to customer.

    Operator harus ambil tindakan untuk mengurangkan pembaziran material dekat die cut machine. Anda juga mesti menjaga output drpd proses mesin, supaya output mesin memenuhi keperluan quality kita. Jikalau anda menjumpa defect, defect tersbut mesti dibaiki dalam process untuk mengurangkan pembaziran.

    Review job orders

    To be able to review job orders clearly. Each job order shall have the full details of the required job, and must be clearly understood by the operator. The operator must have a moderate understanding of written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

    Operator mesti baca dan faham job sheet dengan teliti. Setiap job sheet akan mengandungi semua butiran untuk job tersebut. Operator mesti boleh baca dan faham Bahasa English dengan Bahasa Malaysia.

    Maintainance of the machine & preventive maintainance

    The operator must be familiar with the machine sufficently to conduct proper daily cleaning and maintanance, and also perform 6mth / 1 year preventive maintanance to the level of a machine operator. Any issues with the machine must be reported to the Supervisor immediately upon discovery.

    Operator mesti buat pembersihan dan maintainance harian atas mesin sebelum tutup mesin. Anda juga mesti belajar mesin dan buat maintainence yg lebih teliti setiap 6bln / 1thn yg boleh dibuat daripada tahap operator.

    Troubleshoot Equipment Issues

    If there is a machine issue or stoppage, the operator must be able to perform toubleshooting of the issues, and identify them main issue affecting the machine. This must then be shared with the Supervisor for further action.

    Kalau ada issue dengan mesin, operator harus boleh mengenalpasti masalah tersebut dan menyelesaikan kalau boleh. Untuk issue yang lebih rumit, operator mesti melaporkan kepada Supervisor secepat mungkin.

    Job Requirements :

    Minimum 1 year experience in operating a Label Die Cutting Machine.

    Minima 1 tahun pengendailian Mesin Label Die Cutting

    Moderate proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

    Boleh membaca dan berbahasa alam bahasa English dan Bahasa Malaysia

    Must be efficient, good working attitude and have good time management.

    Mesti buat kerja dengan cekap, ada sikap berkerja yang bagus dan pengurusan masa yang baik.

    Poses own transport with valid motor vehicle license.

    Ada transport sendiri dengan lesen yang sah.
