    Customer Support Specialist (international project, Hebrew language)/Night shifts

    Lev Haolam is an Israeli company that supports small and medium businesses in Judea and Samaria through a subscription service for unique products from Israel and an online store. Our international team of specialists works tirelessly to create opportunities for the development of Israel. At Lev Haolam, we value efficiency, and openness to innovation, and offer a chance to make a significant impact on the company's growth and our clients.

    We have a young and ambitious team spread across 10 countries. English and Russian are our primary languages of communication.

    Now we are looking for a Customer Support specialist who will share our main aspiration — to support Israeli pioneers to make the Holy Land more flourishing and prosperous.

    In this role, you will:
    • Communicate with team and clients from 8 p.m to 4 a.m Israel time (GMT+2)
    • Communicate with clients via email (70%) and phone (30%) of your working time
    • Communicate with Logistics, Marketing and IT departments
    • Manage customer accounts, billing, shipping processes via Zoho CRM system and ERP system
    • Moderate social media and stay in touch with clients via social platforms

    What we expect from candidates:
    • Strong resonating with company's mission and sharing our values
    • Experience working in social business, charity organizations
    • Ability to perform work tasks from 8 p.m to 4 a.m Israel time (GMT+2)
    • Good command of English (B2+) - both verbal and written
    • Basic knowledge of Hebrew (A1-A2)
    • Desire to help people - demonstrate empathy and understanding towards clients' cases
    • Ability to articulate information clearly and concisely - both verbal and written
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently
    • Proactive approach - a can do attitude
    • Experience with Google Sheets and MS Office package
