    Randstad is partnering with an Multinational FMCG Group that is a key player in the beauty industry from Japan. As part of their expansion efforts within the Finance Accounts Payables team, they are seeking to bring aboard a new executive on a contractual basis, with the possibility of renewal or extension.

    about the job responsibilities

    Account Payable (AP)

    • Process vendor invoices, ensure accuracy and timeliness.
    • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
    • Prepare and execute timely payments proposal.
    • Validate and process employee's reimbursement.
    • Maintain, organized and up-to-date AP records.
    • Assist and manage intercompany billing and reconciliation.
    Financial Reporting
    • Generate and prepare various financial reports, including aging reports, and any other ad-hoc reports as required.
    • Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company's policies.
    • Assist in the preparation of financial statements for management and external stakeholders as and when required.
    Process Improvement
    • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes.
    • Recommend and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
    • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance overall finance operations.
    requirements
    • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance or related field
    • Professional Accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA/CPA/ICAEW/MICPA) is an added advantage
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience including hands-on working experience with SAP (S4/HANA)
    • Good knowledge and understanding on the financial accounting standards (IFRS), corporate tax and
      customs requirements and compliance.
    • Able to work independently with strong drive for continuous improvement.
    • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines
