    Description

    Responsibilities:
    Maintain and oversee the company's financial statements, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
    Conduct bank statement reconciliations and promptly address any discrepancies.
    Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management's review.
    Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
    Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures.
    Support budgeting and forecasting activities to facilitate business planning and decision-making.
    Manage ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as directed by management.
    Stay abreast of changes in accounting regulations and best practices to maintain compliance and effectiveness.
    Handle company tax matters, including submission deadlines, calculations, and payment reports.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    Proven experience as an Accounting Executive or similar role.
    Sound knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards.
    Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
    Capability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
    At least 1.5 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
