- Teleport Solutions : Optimizing hub-to-hub delivery to enhance efficiency and reduce transit times.
- Teleport Air Cargo: Facilitating the seamless movement of goods from airport to airport across key and secondary cities in the Asia Pacific region.
- Teleport Next Day : Providing the most economical next-day international delivery option for businesses.
- Work closely with the Product Manager to develop product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer feedback and stakeholder requirements
- Defining product requirements and user stories for new features and enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, commercial and operations, to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and inform product decisions
- Monitor key performance indicators to track the success of product launches and drive continuous improvement
- Provide training and support to internal teams and external customers on new product features and updates
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform product strategy and roadmap
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Jira, Notion, Slack) is a plus
- Experience with agile methodology is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably in the logistics industry
