- Lead the implementation of Group compensation programs, including updating salary structures and bonus programs.
- Partner with external compensation & benefit service provider to obtain annual salary information and set up appropriate country salary structures throughout the Group to monitor the effectiveness of pay as well as to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Provide guidance to HR Business Partners on compensation offers, salary adjustments, promotions, experience, and education, and past performance.
- Designed and facilitate global mobility plans relating to compensation, benefits, relocation, cost of living factors.
- Develop reward and recognition programs to drive employee engagement and retention. Implement benefit programs for Wasco employees such as Medical, Personal Accident, and Life Insurance etc.
- Lead the job evaluation process with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of internal equity and competitive compensation.
- Conduct global research and share insights with senior managements on salary & market trends, competition and suggest recommendations to Wasco management.
- Degree in Human Resource Management or Equivalent .
- Minimum 15 years related solid experience in compensation and benefits from a sizable organization, familiar with Total Rewards, C&B.
- Well versed in regulatory practices, possesses knowledge in foreign employment market and current legislations will be highly preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze compensation data, market trends, and benchmarking information.
- Proven ability to manage Total Rewards initiatives and projects in a complex global / regional capacity
- Proficient in MS Office applications, advanced level Microsoft Excel would be advantageous
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- This is a 1 year Contract role subject to renewal.
