- Acting as a 'checker' to the Fund Accounting team, to produce consistent and accurate prices for your allocated funds, meeting tight deadlines within service level agreements (SLA).
- Responsible for the daily BAU NAV calculation process to ensure NAVs are delivered accurately and timely
- Manage internal and external enquiries to/ from departments that will have input into NAV deliverables to ensure client deliverables and high quality standards are me
- Be accountable to the accuracy and integrity of internal error log and identify trends for process improvement
- Support the identification of new technology and operational improvements to effectively ensure accuracy, reduce costs and increase service quality
- Accountable for Global Servicing from operating location (includes shifts and work on bank / legal holidays and weekend when required
- Maintain statistics up to date (including daily team checklist update)
- Maintain organizational relationship with Management line
- Ensure effective resolution of enquiries

- Act as back up to Manager & provide backup relief to all administrator
- Assistance in monitoring team's activity to ensure that production requirement are met.
- Promote quality of deliverables by motivating, coaching and developing team members.
- Ensure cross training and rotation of duties occur.s on a regular basis to increase operational efficiency and reduce operational risk
- Periodic review of process to refresh understanding of requirements and review for compliance.
- Ensure all processes are documented in the manual and are maintained on an on-going basis.
- People Management for daily operations, assist on-boarding
- Supervise daily operation and ensure all operational issues are treated in a timely and effective manner.
- Perform cash, stocks and holdings reconciliation.
- Produce consistent and accurate prices for your allocated funds, meeting tight deadlines within service level agreements.
- Ensure to respect internal procedures for NAV calculation and controls.
- Ensure effective process controls are implemented and evolve them as necessary.
- Contribute and participate in projects that could account for 30% of the role.
- Ensure meet all internal and external cut-offs with optimized efficiency and high quality deliverables.
- Maintain efficient communication channels with managers, coordinators and team members.
- Timely resolution/escalation of inter-departmental and cross functional queries.
- Ensure collaborative relationship across jurisdictional, functional and cultural boundaries when required for the daily operations.

- 4 -6 years of relevant experiences with extensive Fund Accounting knowledge.
- Experienced in relevant Securities Operations/Financial Services.
- Degree in relevant field.
- English Language (Written / Oral) Proficiency.
- Proven experience in funds accounting / pricing / client reporting within Financial markets.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of fund products, fund accounting and systems and regulations.
- PC literate in MSOffice applications.
- Knowledge in Excel VBA, SQL will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English language (written / oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure following tight deadlines and/or S.L.A. requirements.
