    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as an Event Supervisor at Griffin BC Corporation. The Event Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day event planning and management tasks. This includes coordinating with clients, vendors, and staff to ensure smooth event execution, providing excellent customer service, and effectively communicating event details and requirements.

    Qualifications
    • Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team
    • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional client experiences
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Event Planning: Experience in planning and organizing events
    • Event Management: Ability to effectively manage all aspects of event execution

    Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include attention to detail, problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, knowledge of event industry trends, and familiarity with event management software.
